CEQA Requirements
All projects funded by the SNC must meet the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). All other applicants should consult with SNC staff as soon as possible regarding the appropriate process and documents required. Please contact the Area Staff in your region for additional information. For more information on CEQA and its requirements, you may refer to this list of state and federal resources.
Performance Measures Applicable to All SNC Funding Opportunities
Every grant application to the SNC must include project-specific performance measures. Performance measures are used to track progress toward project goals and desired outcomes. They provide a means of reliably measuring and reporting the outcomes and effectiveness of a project and how the project outcomes contribute to the SNC’s achieving its larger programmatic goals.
