Public Info Requests

As a State government agency the Sierra Nevada Conservancy (SNC) maintains records that are often of interest to the public. Under the California Public Records Act 2004 (Government Code section 6250 et seq) information may be reviewed by the public.

The public may review records at SNC’s Auburn office during normal business working hours. Members of the public can request copies of information by submitting a request in writing (US Mail, email, or fax) to SNC:
