2019-24 Strategic Plan

The Sierra Nevada Conservancy has been developing a new Strategic Plan to guide our work over the next five years. This plan will be implemented in ongoing collaboration with multiple partners throughout the Region. It will be supplemented with an annual Action Plan that will set forth the specific actions the SNC will take each year to implement its strategies in order to achieve the Strategic Plan Regional Goals.

The draft Strategic Plan will be discussed at the SNC Governing Board meeting in Alturas on September 6, 2018.  It is now available for public comment.  Questions and/or comments on the draft Plan should be sent to Theresa Parsley at  Input will be accepted through September 19, 2018.

The final draft of the Strategic Plan, along with the Action Plan for January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, will be presented to the Sierra Nevada Conservancy Governing Board for review and approval at its December Board meeting.
